There aren’t many times in a person’s career that they are tasked with starting something new and innovative. That’s exactly what the Earn.com team was asked to do. When David Gass put together his team for Earn.com, he asked his team to throw out the regular paradigm of what a website should be. He challenged us to come up with a new way of operating.
Earn.com is and will continue to be a website that focuses on its customers. While we’re part of a large company, great pains have been taken to ensure we remain nimble and focused on the needs of our clients. I want each and every one of you to know we only exist to help you be successful growing your business.
This week, we were able to get an agreement with an SBA Microloan lender for Earn.com clients. In the next day or so, you’ll be able to link to the online application directly from the Earn.com toolbox. Microloans are great small loans that fund in days. A full description will be on the site.
There’s a ton more coming. Here’s just a slice:
Online Bookkeeping Solution:
Earn.com is partnering with a leader in the bookkeeping space. We are going to be able to offer full service, double-entry bookkeeping via our site (and a lot more). This service is FREE to Earn.com clients. I will be asking about 100 of you to test it out for us in the next two weeks.
Business Goals Tracking:
We are in the process of building an online system that will enable you to set goals for your business and track them. This is one of the most requested items for Earn.com. This is more than just a simple tracking tool. It will help you focus your entire company on obtaining the goals you set for it. This will be in place in June.
Process Tracking:
Another tool is being developed that will enable you to document every process within your business, job descriptions of each position, and build an org chart. This will be a vital tool to help you transition from working “IN” your business to working “ON” your business.
Business Plan Content:
We are close to cementing a strong relationship with a leader in the business planning space. I can’t talk about this yet, but should have an announcement next week. This will be a great addition to Earn.com
Customer Relationship Management Software:
I’m working closely with several CRM companies. My goal is to form a partnership that will provide our clients with a way to track every customer interaction, product sold, and follow up. This will help you personalize your customer experience with your clients.
Employee Paycheck Management:
I’m very close to an agreement with a leading paycheck management company. This will enable you to automate the pay cycles with each of your employees and have more time to work on your business.
How you can help:
That’s just a taste of what’s coming. Now it’s your turn to help. PLEASE use the feedback link on the Earn.com site to tell me what else you’re looking for. What can Earn.com provide you that will make running your business easier? Those feedback links come directly to me and I read and respond to every single one of them. Please help us make Earn.com a better place for you.
By working together, we’ll make Earn.com a trusted partner for your business.
Thanks for your time!

Well said! If I could write like this I would be well happy. The more I read articles of such quality as this (which is rare), the more I think there might be a future for the Web. Keep it up, as it were.
