- Status Notifications - You will be sent emails regarding the status of your incorporation order. SS-4 / 2553 Form Completion - In order to obtain your Employer Identification Number (EIN), you must complete and submit IRS form SS-4. If you choose to form an S-Corporation, each shareholder must complete and sign IRS form 2553. By selecting the Preferred Package, Business Credit Services will partially complete your SS-4 Form and mail it to you with instructions on how to complete the form. Once you have completed and signed the SS-4 Form, you can then apply to the IRS for your federal tax identification number. After obtaining your EIN, you can submit IRS form 2553 to elect S-Corporation status.
- Corporate Record Book - A Corporate Record Book contains the necessary items to maintain and administer your Corporation or LLC. Each kit comes with a three-ring organizer with your corporation's name printed on the front, a Seal Embosser with your corporation's name and year of formation, bylaws and minutes, and 10 corporate stock certificates.

There is a monthly service fee of $9.95/month that can be canceled at anytime. The monthly service provided includes: Monthly email notices of benefits and requirements of your corporation. You will be informed of when to file certain documents required by state law and when to file certain tax forms required by federal law. Note: Some states require your signature before the documents can be submitted for filing. If this applies to your order, Business Credit Service will ship your documents to your shipping address for your signature before submission to the state.
After filing a corporation or LLC most states require a list of officers or members to be filed within 30 days of incorporating. The filing fee for the list of officers to be filed various from state to state. In addition, some states require a public notice to be filed announcing the corporation.
